I have several packs of miniatures from the Foundry. They have quite a few miniatures that would fit into a swash buckling milieu such as Dying Earth RPG.Anyone know of some other lines of miniatures the combines foppish outfits and hats with swashbuckling weapons?

You might try military miniatures suppliers. I remember using a few Condottiere figures in my old campaign that were foppish as all hell. Landsknechts will also do nicely. The whole 16th century was a fashion parade on the battlefield.

Depending on your view of using the dreaded GW "cool multipart plastic kit" I always think the Empire Militia/Free Company are quite a versatile set
