It is a shame that the Micro Games (Searchers...) don't have recognisable cover art. --I thought Nicolas Dessaux' game (that started a slew of spin-offs) was one of the best things to come out of the old ways.
Great examples! Fuel for the imagination for sure. Apart from Red Planet, these are primarily the fantasy-based offerings. As B. Portly alluded to--there's a sci-fi strain growing in the OSR as well.
Mutant Future
ReplyDeleteWhat, has Petty Gods been released already? When did that happen? How did I miss it? Where can I get my copy?

ReplyDeleteNot yet. That's just a cover mock-up. When it's released, you'll know, believe me :)
That's a fantastic collection of gaming material!
ReplyDelete@James: Not sure if I've mentioned this before but the cover for Petty Gods is awesome! :)
Thanks. :)

@ B. Portly Esq. ... Mutant Future? Absolutely.
ReplyDelete@Brian and Chevski ... this is highly anticipated by a lot of us.
@Stuart ... it's not only a fantastic collection, but reveals the breadth and depth of creativity out there.
@Timeshadows ... wish I could play a session in your setting, it's clearly a labour of love.

ReplyDeleteAgreed! I didn't mean to exclude them just blinkered vision. Don't forget superhero games either.
