If I Were Creating An OSR DnD Product...

I would definitely be using someone like crazyred to draw my maps. Check out this wonderful underworld illustration. How about this outdoor map, evocative and DM-friendly, what with the imposed hexmap. And how about this interior illustration? It conveys infinitely more information about the environment, making it easy for the DM to describe what the players are seeing (or share the illustration with the players ... as they say, a picture is worth 1000 words).

I couldn't agree more. His stuff is incredible - not just because it looks good, but because he packs more character into a map than some folks pack into illustrations of people. He makes me wish I had a lot more money to spend on art.

Amen. Somehow I'd missed that blog. Clean, information packed. Seeing those makes me want to produce a product just to have some maps and interiors by him.

Whoops, I had seen that site even blogged about his Fallcrest map. But that was a while back. Glad to see he's still mappin'

I love this map by Zak Sabbath - I would like him to do some illustrations for Underworld Kingdom, but I have no mony and I don't know if he have time to do so...

Wow! Thanks for the kind words =) I'm hardly worthy -*I've only posted twice this year!*- but it's nice to hear my maps are actually being used.
