Strange Symbol Found In The Dungeon

The adventure party comes across this symbol as they are exploring the dungeon.

It has been applied to the walls of the dungeon, in what appears to be some sort of phosphorescent white paint.

I'm looking at it in reverse, looking at the black part insde and I see a goat.

Think of this as a bit of a Rorschach test. I'm curious to hear what people see in this image.

Some sorta tentacled thing in the water? or as ze bulette said a Mind Flayer.

And in case you are wondering, this is actually a hotel chain logo, turned on its head. I had an invoice from my stay at that hotel, and it was sitting on the kitchen counter, in the dark. I walked in to the darkened kitchen and saw the logo upside down, and found it quite disturbing / unsettling.

That's cool!

My wife opines that it looks like the Princess Cruise Line logo. It's not, but she is in the travel biz, so that was her first response.

Big C in profile? Oh, that's never good. Time to enact the ancient and mysterious "run screaming for the surface like gurly girls" ritual.

The hotel chain in question might need another graphic designer. I'm presuming they were eaten by the mindflayer that inspired this logo.

Mindflayer goats is all I can think about now. And if they taste as good as the goat at the Indian buffet down the street from work?
